About Us
OlivFresh Organic Olives is Queensland's largest family owned Table Olive and Tapenade producer.
Situated on the shores of Lake Wivenhoe in South-East Queensland, our olives are sourced from our own 7000 tree Certified Organic Olive Estate.
Our climate is ideal for succulent table olives, as the summer rain and warmer weather at harvest, is perfectly timed to ripen and flavour our olives.
OlivFresh® is the registered brand of Organic Olives (Aust) Company. We produce only the highest quality Australian Table Olive products. The OlivFresh® Ligurian Style olives has won awards in the Australian Table Olive Association - National Competition, winning the "Best Natural Table Olive of Show" in 2009.
For three years in a row, 2010, 2011 and 2012, we have been selected as a Finalist in the prestigious Delicious Magazine "Food and Produce Awards". More...
We proudly grow, process and pack our products using our own olives in our on-site Certified Organic Processing facility. Our products are Food Safety and Quality Assured (NAOH) and we are HACCP Certified.
We are a Certified Organic Producer and a Certified Organic Processor with Australian Certified Organic (ACO).
As we are less than one hour from Brisbane, we are well situated for rapid delivery and lower freight costs to Brisbane and interstate.
